The Infamous Masterson’s , situated in the center of Moonee Ponds , brands itself as a fashionable, contemporary hangout, but my most recent experience at this establishment quickly devolved into an unforgettable, terrible experience. While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I experienced behind its threshold was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

The surfaces were tacky , and a foul smell of old alcohol and uncleaned toilets suffused the entire pub. Reeking of a mixture of human waste, putrefaction and sour vomit .
